A savoury, full bodied, rich burgundy coloured marinade made with a red wine reduction, caramelised onions, garlic, pepper and selected herbs. This marinade is perfect for larger cuts of lamb or beef. For best results marinade overnight or vacuum pack the product with the marinade applied.
